Each energy meditation offers a safe and peaceful environment to quiet our minds, open our hearts, and align with our higher selves. These sessions facilitate a powerful infusion of energy that we can integrate into our daily lives over the following days and weeks.

The Process of Channeling Energy

Rosa leads channeled energy meditations, connecting with Source to elevate us to higher vibrational frequencies. Prior to the meditation, participants may feel compelled to discuss their current challenges. Through messages from Source, we gain an understanding of the energies behind these challenges, gaining clarity and insight.

Exploring Spiritual Realms

We have been invited to spend time in various celestial realms, where loving and compassionate Light Beings have offered support that has enriched our meditative experiences. These realms include the Ascended Masters and their Sacred Temples, the Seven Healing Rays of Light, Archangels and the Angelic Realms, and the mystical Celestial Realms of Lemuria and Atlantis.

Since October 2023, our meditations have taken us to higher vibrational spiritual planes, preparing us for the upcoming energetic shifts. We have received energetic downloads that have altered our DNA, expanded our inner vision, and clarified our purpose in life.
