Energy Meditations

In these online group gatherings, our sole intention is to align with Source: pure, unconditional love and light of the highest vibration.

It is a time to quiet our minds and open our hearts in order to align and receive a powerful infusion of energy. In the days and weeks that follow we continue to integrate this energy into our daily lives and also, our personal spiritual healing journeys.

These are channeled energy meditations. Rosa connects with Source and allows the guidance she receives to take us into high vibrational states. Sometimes we share what is challenging in our lives; sometimes we are offered messages from Source that help us see what lies beneath our challenges. Each session is unique as it draws upon the collective energies of those who take part in the meditation. In past meditations, Rosa has opened the realms to Ascended Masters and their Sacred Temples; The Seven Healing Rays of Light; Archangels and the Angelic Realms; Celestial Realms of Lemuria and Atlantis. In recent months Rosa has taken us into higher Celestial Realms where we have received energetic downloads necessary for our expansion of inner vision and life purpose.

Participants share they’ve experienced a deep personal healing in our time together. We leave these meditations feeling cleansed, rejuvenated and filled with great hope.
